Discreet Elite™ is a registered and operated talent marketing and booking agency. We represent independent companions from a range of professional backgrounds including, but not limited to: fashion, entertainment, athletics, and the arts.
1.2. Age & Health Compliance
All persons featured on this website were at least 21 years of age at the time their images were provided. To the best of our knowledge, no talent represented by Discreet Elite™ has any reported or known physical or mental disability that would impair their ability to provide services during their time of collaboration.
1.3. Model Autonomy
All models represented by Discreet Elite™ have joined the agency voluntarily and of their own accord. Each individual has prior experience and has chosen to collaborate with Discreet Elite™ of their own free will. No individual has been persuaded or coerced in any manner.
1.4. Nature of Services
Discreet Elite™ arranges meetings for time and social companionship only. Our fees represent the booking and coordination of time with a companion. Any personal or intimate interaction that may occur between consenting adults is neither contracted nor facilitated by Discreet Elite™, and remains a private matter between the client and the model. We do not condone or participate in any illegal activities.
1.5. Independent Talent
All companions operate as independent individuals. They set their own fees, determine their own availability, and establish their own boundaries — all of which are respected and non-negotiable.
1.6. Accommodation & Logistics
Discreet Elite™ does not provide accommodation or premises for bookings. We do not arrange housing or temporary lodging for models in any form.
2. Client Screening
To ensure the safety and comfort of our companions and clients, all new customers must complete a respectful screening process.
2.1. Screening Requirements
All bookings require some form of identity verification. The method depends on the nature of the booking:
– Incall bookings: A selfie holding valid photo ID or a £1 transfer to our corporate account (legal name must be visible). A 25% deposit is also required to secure the appointment and prevent no-shows.
– Outcall to a private residence: 25% deposit required in advance.
– Outcall to a 5-star hotel: Full legal name and room number must be provided. Our concierge will discreetly confirm your booking via a direct room call.
– International bookings (USA, Asia, Middle East): Clients must complete a membership application, including full name, LinkedIn profile, and a professional email address. Retired clients may be asked to submit a recent utility bill for verification.
3. Payments, Cancellations & Refunds
3.1. Local Bookings
Local arrangements are confirmed only after a deposit of 40% (in some cases 50%) has been received. This secures the model’s time and guarantees the appointment.
3.2. Accepted Payment Methods
We accept payments via bank transfer and Revolut. Cheques are not accepted.
3.3. Travel Bookings
Travel bookings must be paid in full in advance (100% of the agreed fee). Arrangements will only be confirmed once payment is received.
3.4. Cancellation Terms
– Local bookings: A cancellation fee of 40% of the full amount will be retained to compensate the model and booking coordinator for their time.
– Travel bookings: A 50% cancellation fee applies.

In the unlikely event that a model is unable to proceed with a confirmed booking due to health-related matters, the Agency will offer a suitable substitute.
3.6
Should the Client request any alteration to the booking — including, but not limited to, the date, duration, location, or any other variable — the Client will be able to choose only from models available for the newly selected arrangements.
If, in such circumstances, the booking does not proceed, the deposit will be credited to the Client’s account. Should these funds be applied towards another booking, an additional fee of 10% of the original total booking cost will be charged to cover the booker’s time and administrative effort.
3.8 Client’s Deposit
The Client’s deposit shall remain valid for a period of eighteen (18) months from the date of payment. Upon the expiry of this period, any unused deposit will be forfeited.
By enforcing a clear validity period and forfeiture policy, the Agency ensures compliance with ANTI-MONEY LAUNDERING REGULATIONS by preventing indefinite retention of client funds, reducing exposure to potential unlawful use of those funds, and demonstrating a controlled, transparent deposit system.
4. Privacy Policy
Discreet Elite™ is committed to maintaining the highest standards of discretion and confidentiality for both clients and companions.
4.1. Data Handling
All client and model data submitted for verification or booking purposes is handled securely and in strict confidence. No personal data is retained after the conclusion of a booking.
4.2. Third-Party Screening
All identity checks are conducted by our trusted sister concierge company. This information is never shared or associated with third-party platforms or matchmaking services.
4.3. Communication
Any communication by phone, email, or bank transfer is only carried out with the client’s consent and is managed with utmost discretion.
4.4. Receipts & Billing
We provide discreet invoices, encrypted payment processing, and confidential receipts. Transactions will appear under a neutral descriptor on your bank statement.
